Locally Grown and Gathered Dinner

Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) Culinary Science Technology students, lead by Chef Matt Russo, in partnership with the Licking County Soil & Water Conservation District, are excited to host the Locally Grown & Gathered Dinner as a fundraiser for the Hartford Fair Natural Resource Area.

The amazing menu!

Hors d’ouerves:
• Mini quiche:
House-made Sausage & Kale
House-made Bacon, Dried Mushrooms, and Ramps
• Stuffed Meatballs with Mozzarella, Ramps and Red Sauce
• Smoked Pork Butt over Cornbread Crostini

Salad:
• Mixed Foraged Salad Greens with Creamy Maple Balsamic Dressing

Soup:
• Vegetable Barley Soup

Entrée:
• Italian Tilapia with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Garlic-Mustard Pesto
• Lasagna Roll with house-made Ricotta Cream Sauce

Dessert:
• Rhubarb upside down Spice Cake with Black walnut vanilla cream

The Hartford Fair Natural Resources Area provides fun, free and educational programs related to the wise use of our natural resources.

Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) Culinary Science Technology students, lead by Chef Matt Russo, in partnership with the Licking County Soil & Water Conservation District, are excited to host the Locally Grown & Gathered Dinner as a fundraiser for the Hartford Fair Natural Resources Area.
The locally-sourced meal includes appetizers, soup, salad, dinner and dessert.
The evening will start with a reception at 5:30 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets are $25 per person.
